We’re always looking for concerned Christian adults to serve teens with us. We are convinced that life-changing ministry takes place between caring adult staff and youth. It’s in these relationships that youth come to know & experience God’s unconditional love. Our teens will not grow spiritually without adult acceptance and encouragement.

We seek to make AYM the best place for youth and adults to get to know God and each other! So, the quality of our staff is very important. We are looking for men and women who have a commitment to Christ and a desire to care for students. With prayerful consideration please complete the form below.
